Toyota for the fifth time winner of the JD Power Satisfaction Study
Toyota is in Germany again the No. 1 customer satisfaction study by JD Power and Associates. More than 22,000 German motorists were in the fifth survey since the introduction of the study in Germany a judgement about their own vehicle. The result shows once again that Toyota driver entirety, with the highest degree of satisfaction with their car. 28 brands and 126 models were this time in the evaluation. Toyota demonstrated for the fourth time in succession in place a brand valuation and leads while four out of seven segments with their own models.

The J.D. Power questionnaire on the post to motorists with older vehicles two years has been aimed at the evaluation of 77 attributes. These were categorized into the areas of vehicle quality / reliability (30 percent of overall grade), vehicle appeal (ie satisfaction with motor / gearbox, brakes, comfort, interior design, seats, ventilation etc), 25 percent of the total staff, customer service 23 percent and maintenance costs (22 percent).
